The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time by Mark Haddon
A (fictional) autobiographical murder mystery (of sorts), as written by an autistic teenager. He tells the story (writing it down as it happens, in a very funny/interesting/unusual fashion) of trying to figure out who killed the neighbor's dog, along the way learning a bunch of other surprising things as well. I don't know that much about autism, so I don't know how it is from that perspective, but it's a very enjoyable read, and delightfully unique. I strongly recommend this.
